Lizatards takes great pride in making each leotard with the upmost care.  If for some reason you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below.  We guarantee satisfaction.

Returns:

Lizatards will refund the full purchased amount, EXCLUDING shipping and handling, on any UNWORN and unused item, with the original Lizatards tag intact, within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping and handling to return the item to Lizatards. We highly recommend insuring and tracking any returns made to us as we can not grant refunds on items not received by Lizatards. You MUST contact Lizatards via email PRIOR to sending your return items to us.  Please include a copy of your packing slip.

Exchanges:
Lizatards will exchange any unworn and unused item, with the Lizatards tag still attached. You are responsible for return shipping and may be responsible for shipment of the new item back to you at the sole discretion of Lizatards.  Please include a copy of your packing slip.

Terms:
Lizatards will only grant refunds if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt. You must contact Lizatards via email before sending your anything back to us. All returns MUST be in their original UNWORN condition and all original Lizatards tags attached. The purchaser will be responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges for any returned items. For orders placed with Free Shipping (because the order total was over $75), if you return all or any part of an order and your total no longer equals or excedes $75, the standard shipping charges will be subtracted from the refund issued.  Please include a copy of your packing slip.
