Material
All flags are printed using a direct dye-sublimation printing process. This means the ink dyes the fabric rather than sitting on top of the material. This allows the flag material to act in its natural state rather than being weighed down or made more rigid with ink adhered ot the surface. This is an important factor while looking for properly manufactured flags.
The dye-sublimation printing process creates an eye-popping display. You can add full-color images, custom logos, graphics and text to your flag.
** Our fabric flags are a polyester-nylon blend. they are NOT the same material as a standard U.S. flag**
Our fabric material is temperature sensitive and due to the printing process it can expand and contract due to heat or cold. Because of this we cannot guarantee the exact size of any fabric product due to temperature fluctuations. We are not responsible for any product received that is too small or big for your purposes. If the size needs to be precise, such as if it is being installed into an existing frame or hardware, please express this to your CSR to discuss your specific application.
What is the lifespan of your 3x5 flags?
With proper care and installation, our custom made 3x5 flags have an outdoor life span of 3 to 6 months. We do however recommend that you take your flag down and store indoors during inclement weather to help increase its lifespan.
Do your 3x5 flags come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty on a prorated monthly basis for our standard flags.
For example, a prorated warranty on a standard 3x5 flag that fails 2 months after proper installment will be replaced and we will cover 33% of the replacement cost for a new 3x5 flag.

Single / Reverse
These flags are printed on a single layer of material. This allows the ink to fully permeate the material, causing a reverse image on the back.
This means, when the flag is flipped, the artwork will appear reversed.
Double Sided
These flags are printed on two separate layers, with a blockout liner between.
This means that any wording and/or images will always be seen in the same orientation.

Artwork Guidelines
Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps files — with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
Artwork/Order Proofs
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
Color Match Proof System
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

Shipping
General Shipping Guidelines
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
Banners.com ships throughout the United States and Internationally. Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

Our 3x5 flags are made from a blend of polyester and nylon. They are printed using a special process where the ink goes into the fabric instead of staying on the surface. This is called dye-sublimation. This creates a vibrant, eye-popping print.
Custom fabric flags are used for smaller displays. They’re used in businesses, churches or public spaces but can also be used in residential areas. They work well when they are displayed on flagpoles, fences, windows or mounted on exterior walls.

The most common size for custom fabric flags is 3’x5’, but we do offer multiple sizes! Choose from a 1’x1’ all the way up to 4.5’ x 8’

Do you offer any sizes other than 3’ x 5’?
We currently offer custom made flags in sizes ranging from 1’ high x 1’ to 4.5’ high by 8’ wide. Please keep in mind prices will vary on each different size selected. We also offer custom vinyl banners and fabric banners in multiple sizes.
What material are your flags printed on?
We print our custom banners and flags using a dye sublimation process. Our flag material consists of a polyester nylon blend. All of our flags are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Making them a versatile sign option when it comes to advertising your business or event.
Can my flag be displayed outdoors?
Yes! Our custom 3x5 flags are made of a strong polyester nylon blend material, perfect for outdoor display.
What is the lifespan of your flags?

How are your flags printed?
All of our custom 3x5 flags are printed using a direct dye sublimation printing process. This means that the ink dyes the fabric material instead of being applied to the surface. The flag material can be in its natural state instead of being heavy or stiffened with ink on its surface.
It also makes your custom 3x5 flag more durable and easier to clean if they were to get dirty. Direct dye sublimation is the industry standard when it comes to flag printing.
Are these standard flags double sided or just single sided?
They are available in either a single-reverse print or a double-sided print option.
If you select single/reverse print, then your design will print on one side of the flag. It will be a mirror image on the other side. This is due to us printing our flags using dye sublimation.
This printing process actually dyes the flag material causing a thru-print on the opposite side of the flag. This reverse image will appear faded and any text will read backwards.
If you select a double-sided print, your image/design will be printed on two separate pieces of flag. They're sewn together with a blackout liner in between to block any light from shining through.
This option will show your flag design printed correctly on either side. Double sided flags are recommended for any text heavy design. The print will read correctly (left to right) on either side of the custom flag.
Do your 3x5 flags come with a warranty?

Can I wash my flag?
Yes! Since our 3x5 flags our heat cured the ink is set into the fabric, making it machine washable. We recommend washing it on a light cycle with cold water. You can use detergent if you want, but do not use any detergent that includes bleach. Bleach will ruin the flag.
For drying we recommend air drying the flag.
