@Xfinity then forces me back to the main menu where I started.This time I choose start new service and finally get on hold for a human.Wait about 10 minutes with music and reminders every 30 seconds of how important I am. Can't even enjoy the elevator music.

@Xfinity All of my devices are connected via WiFi. The device I use the most is the PlayStation 4, but usually I use it in the evening when no one else is using a device connected to the network. I still find myself lagging however.

I’m absolutely convinced that Xfinity hates twitter. When I’m connected to WiFi twitter doesn’t load for sh*t, but everything else does. Soon as I switch WiFi off twitter loads flawlessly.

Today we made some significant announcements about Internet Essentials, Comcast's $9.95 a month offering to low income individuals.FIRST- Comcast is offering 60 days free to new customers. There is no coupon code.SECOND- Comcast is increasing IE’s speed to 25 down, 3 up.

After another 5 minutes on hold suddenly I'm dropped back to the main menu. I give up. I hang up. At this point I would rather spent my morning getting a roiit canal and colonoscopy then deal with @Xfinity but I have no other choice.

@marc_benton We ditched Comcast about a little over a year ago. Switched to fiber. Much less problems now. For 250mbps (same as blast) it would have been about $20 cheaper, but we ended up getting the gig speed for only $10 more a month than we were paying with Comcast. Went with @YouTubeTV

Ok I'm pissed. Three weeks now trying to get @Xfinity internet set up.The problem seems to be that my apartment number isn't in the system so they can't create an accountLast week they submitted a ticket to resolve that. Here is how my call went today....

Elon East Texas needs you to buy Suddenlink from Altice. Suddenlink has a monopoly on cable tv in this area and your satellites don’t service this area yet. However if you look at customer comments, everyone hates Suddenlink. I pray that Xfinity comes here but no answers yet HELP
